Led the conceptual development of Wellington's first video series called
Meet the Manager. This was a project that looked within the walls of Wellington to humanize the managers on what led them to their investment philosophy and ultimately Wellington.
Also produced the series, which featured interviews with senior managers from different company departments. Liaised with internal stakeholders, the managers, and the video agency, to ensure a smooth and efficient production process. Collaborated with the video agency to create the concept and internal stakeholders on the script for the series, based on the firm's objectives and expectations.
Collected and consolidated feedback from the stakeholders at every stage of the production, from pre-production to post-production. The result was a professional and engaging video series that showcased the company’s culture and values.
